Since my childhood I have been very curious about food and cooking has always been a huge part of my life. But it did not start in a healthy way I was baking and cooking foods which were high in calories but deficient in nutrients. Over the years, I started to change my eating habits and the recipes I make have changed to healthier ones. These practices and innovations that I followed during my life abroad proved that the journey of being healthy is not only related to nutrition, but is multidimensional.
After completing my undergraduate program in Environmental Engineering at Çukurova University, I worked in various positions in the fields of Education, Automotive, Event Management and Retailing in my professional life. After I decided to end my corporate business life, I also worked as an entrepreneur in the United States for around 5 years. During this time I attended training and seminars and read about new trends and this was the first time I experienced and started to share with others how to be a healthy person.

I have suffered from chronic health issues since my childhood such as multiple allergies, intestinal diseases, insomnia, weight problems and chronic fatigue which reduced the quality of life and reached unbearable dimensions as I got older. Unfortunately recommendations and cures offered by different experts over the years to solve these problems did not bring permanent results.
So I decided to take up the state of being healthy myself and then everything started to change! This is when I made the decision to become a wellness coach after I learned how to change my habits and make them sustainable in my life.
